Yol Makina also produces the airless pumps which are the main element of the SIGNUM small scale road marking machines. SIGNUM Airless Pumps can be driven both by a gasoline engine or electrical motor. Currently there are two model SIGNUM 100 and 160.

AIRLESS SYSTEM
Airless system can be defined as the paint under atmospheric pressure is pressurised by the pump and sprayed. Airless spray atomizes, or breaks up fluid into small droplets without the use of compressed air. Therefore it is called Airless.
Main advantages of this system:
• The pressure can be up to 220 bar,
• In this way extremely smooth / sharp lines are obtained,
• Approximately 30% saving is achieved on paint consumption,
• Drying time of paint is reduced.
Most efficient solution for all marking needs, especially airports and highways.
Both models are resistant to corrosion in order to work with water born paints.
